try to have more real problems…it will nicely balance all the imagined ones

on saturday i was at an congresswoman eddie bernice johnson event at the women’s museum and found a card at the museum’s gift shop with that on it. can relate to the card because a lot of people think my problems are imagined, and maybe they are and maybe i don’t have real problems, but to me they are real. however, i got a laugh out of the card and will post it on my bulletin board.

congresswoman eddie bernice johnson was holding a peace conference that was great, mainly talking about the role that women play in peace when they are included. good discussions.

saturday night i went to the movies with my friend alice and sister devon. we saw the back up plan with jennifer lopez. and perhaps i need a back up plan myself! the movie was okay, there was this natural birth scene that was a hoot! funny stuff.

i’ve been suffering from spring allergies for the first time in my life. no fun at all. i am thankful to claritin, though. the white little pill is providing me with functionality.

six more weeks left of school/work! woohoo! going to miss my 26 kiddos but it’s been a difficult school year (especially at the beginning), i am ready for it to come to an end. my summer plans are up in the air.
