i am proud of myself for doing 30 minutes on the treadmill tonight. i had done 10 minutes, and 15 minutes this year, but not 30 minutes. back to former times. i need to get a really good core program going. i want killer abs. and of course accomplish my 2009 goal of running a 5k.
things are back in swing with work. looking forward to the mlk holiday. the end of the second semester is too far to think about. one holiday break at a time. it seems like i hate my job, i don’t. i just like not going to work.
was talking to my married friend kelly and she suggested that whenever i see a cute guy in wal-mart to ask him, “where is the spray paint?” and when he shows it to me tell him, “i bet you are a really good husband! so helpful!” if he says, “i am single” respond with “me too!” advice from dr. kelly.
we are dorks. lol.
