this quote is a quote that reminds me of my favorite quote since i was a kid. “i will prepare, and someday my chance will come” by abraham lincoln. i had this quote up on my wall, and still do. if you want things to happen in your life, if you want to dance under lights you have to prepare. put the work in. unglamorous work. it’s so hard to do because results is something that happens in the future. you put the work and time in, and THEN you get results. but that is where vision comes in at, once you can see something, have a vision, it’s like you can almost taste it, and i think vision is what propels you to center yourself and focus.
