i am a huge google fan. i use a lot of their services. they have a new website called teachparentstech.org and it’s quite cool. basically you send your parents information on how to do computer things, like cutting and pasting. they claim the “site was built by a few folks at Google to help keep tech support a family business.” thankfully my parents are pretty good at the computer. we’ve had one since i was like 5, and i am almost 30 now. but good site to pass on to your parents, if they are new to it all.
